Since structure and business professionalism
are two major reasons that business owners and sales
professionals join our organization, members must acknowledge
and agree to uphold The Business Exchange Code of Ethics as
follows, failure to comply with any of the following may
result in forfeiture of membership:

Attendance at weekly meetings is required
and meetings should be considered an official
appointment. If you cannot attend, you may send a
substitute from your company to attend in your place.

Punctuality for all meetings is both
courteous and required.

Payment of membership dues is required to
initiate membership and to continue membership upon
renewal. All fees and non-refundable and your
membership is tax deductible.

Qualified introductions and referrals are
expected from all members.
- Assistance in new member recruitment is expected, both
for the growth of each chapter and for the success of each
member
